Shipping, Returns & Store Policy
1.Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is calculated by region:
- US, UK, Canada & Australia: $6.99 shipping for 1 item.
- Southeast Asia: $2.99 shipping for 1 item.
- Buy 2+ Items, Get Free Shipping.
Estimated delivery is 6-12 business days for major markets. Delivery times may vary by country, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and peak seasons.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
2.Payment Methods
We currently accept secure payment through PayPal and credit/debit card via PayPal.
3.Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available in Thailand and Malaysia.
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing a COD order. Failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to receive the package may affect future COD eligibility.
4.Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and other jewelry that have been worn, tried on, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Returned with all included packaging or accessories
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5.Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Worn or used earrings and jewelry
- Items removed from original packaging for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged by misuse, water, perfume, cosmetics, or improper storage
- Final sale, clearance, or gift card items
- Custom or personalized items
6.Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For eligible non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7.Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
